# Manifesto

Once upon a time there was a Bitcoin-core wallet featuring a mini poker game. Once upon a time there was a group of casinos high rollers who discovered the thrill of trading. Once upon a time there was OHM, Harvest Finance, Tomb, Temple DAO, pump.fun and many more. Once upon a time there will be more. Rug Protocol is more than a project. It is a vision. A vision where DeFi and GameFi meet the ethos of crypto. A vision where every, single, trope of the cryptoverse is suddenly turned into a game for you to enjoy before celebrating with your 2D waifus.
